In order to change the thinking and values of its huge taskforce, DiGi, one of Malaysia’s largest telcos, thought of using caricatures to illustrate the company’s philosophy and road map to success, and immediately Reggie came to mind. His task was made easier by the fact people generally have a hard time absorbing messages from words alone, but instead, are very receptive to pictures. From the staff handbook to t-shirts, posters, banners and even messages on the company intranet, Reggie’s caricatures highlighted key messages that were well received and instantly understood by Digi staff.
